Palm Beach-based Lilly Pulitzer is a wholesaler with 75 independently-operated Signature Stores (and their independently managed web sites) across the country.
Brought in to revamp Lilly's corporate site, WebLinc built a handsome template with a powerful and simple-to-use content management system. Images and copy are a breeze for Lilly's own marketing staff to change, without any special web expertise, so the site is fresh daily.
WebLinc also suggested a way to offer the Signature sites that would both improve brand consistency and provide each store with significant functional upgrades at reasonable cost.
WebLinc developed three basic Lilly web site options, ranging from a full-on dynamically generated site that's updated automatically at night from the corporate POS system, to a 45-page catalog site with inventory also generated by the main database, to a simple 6-page "here we are" site.
All sites let the stores retain control over product changes, sales reports and inventory sync, right from their own back room. And even the most complex Signature site can be up and running in two weeks - most in just four days.
