Their new site captures the best of both worlds with custom front end functionality, sleek new designs to boost their brand and a powerful CMS loaded with features and tools.
Neutral navigation colors were chosen to allow the elegant product photography to take the spotlight, while the minimal and intuitive interface powers a seamless shopping experience. Simplified landing pages allow for more lifestyle and brand imagery, as well as promotional messaging, discounts, new campaigns, and more. Merchandise returns were a big issue for the retailer, since the sizing of different products tends to vary from brand to brand, so to help mitigate returns each product detail pages contains helpful brand-specific Fit Tips as well as sizing charts.
Breaking down the barriers of multi-channel sales, WebLinc successfully bridged what was once a sales gap for the high-end women’s apparel retailer, bringing catalog shoppers to the web and giving online customers the catalogs they are accustomed to. The Shop by Catalog and Catalog Quick-Order, which enable users to peruse the latest catalog as well as order from it, are only two of the tailored tools that Barrie Pace is using to push conversions.
A Shop by Ensemble tool associates products so users can purchase several items together as an outfit, or purchase a la carte. Advanced search capabilities make sure users land on the right pages and a tiered discount system allows users to shop by discount prices in addition to product type, product name, and category. Proprietary SEO technologies and tactics created massive metrics boosts across the board, bumping page visits up past the 300% mark. In just a couple of months post-launch, returns on generic search terms were up 100%.
WebLinc not only gave Barrie Pace what they needed to improve their site and sales, but changed the way their customers shop online.
